Twelve months or one year before the issuance of the reaccreditation decree, study programs must promptly prepare their self-evaluation report (SER) and other required documents. These documents include:

• Cover Letter from the Head of the University
• Declaration of Data Accuracy
• Self-Evaluation Report (SER)
• Quantitative Data File following the Template
• Study Programme License Decree from Authorized Party
• Attachments
