Subsequently, study programmes that pass the previous assessment proceed with the third payment to move on to the On-site Assessment, which will be conducted at the study programme location. The entire process, including validation of the assessment scores, takes two weeks. The on-site assessment require thorough focus on the following things:

• Continuous quality improvement, such as stipulation, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement;
• Achievements in education, research and community services, competition, and internationalisation;
• Compliance with standards set by universities/faculties/schools/study programmes;
• Academic and non-academic achievements, including input, process, and output assessments;
• Availability of evidence, access, and traceability;
• Study programme management;
•  Effectiveness of internal quality assurance system
